Do your charges change for different sized properties?
We do have different costs based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required. Larger premises require more materials and more time to clean. At our initial meeting we request that you give us as much information as possible about the premises that needs the clean, this will enable us to give a fair and accurate quote
What tasks will the cleaner do?
On the initial meeting we will decide together what tasks need to be completed; we will then devise a bespoke cleaning checklist for your premises.
What about After Hours security?
We understand that practicality generally means cleaning outside of normal hours. Hueston's liaise with your security provider to make sure your premises are safe and secure when we're done.
Whose equipment and products are used?
Our cleaners will use industry best practice equipment and products. All cleaners will be fully equipped with everything to complete the task in hand.
How do we pay for the service?
A full invoice will be sent by email to the address you give us monthly in advance.
How quickly can you get our premises cleaned?
We aim to start your clean as soon as possible. We do require receipt of your completed and signed cleaning agreement however, before we can proceed.
Are your cleaner's reference checked?
Yes, we always take up references for our cleaners, and unlike a lot of other companies in the market our cleaners are actually employed directly by us.
Do you have insurance cover?
Our cleaners have both public liability and personal injury cover whilst in your premises to the sum of $10,000,000
